Full Production Wedding Design & Coordination

For the bride who wants to take most of the burden off her shoulders and put it into the hands of a wedding specialist, we have just the right experience.  Weddings are all about personalization.  The Design of the wedding is about bringing your style into the day, and about how the whole day looks and feels. We can shepherd the process for you and assist you in any decision-making. Of course, we never lose sight of the fact that this is your special day and that your style and preferences are paramount. We’ll be at your side through budget planning, vendor selections, guest list coordination and all those details that make the day special. We will also coordinate the rehearsal, the wedding ceremony itself and all elements of the reception.  Don’t worry…we’ll make sure nothing is overlooked, even the clean up and return of rental items.

Wedding Planning

There are many fun aspects to planning a wedding, but there are also stressful elements as well. Our planning services help you with budget management, vendor recommendations to fit your budget, creating timelines and checklists so nothing is overlooked.  We can even help with questions on etiquette and/or tradition.  We then are by your side at the rehearsal, the ceremony and reception to assure a smooth and stress free day for you and your family.

Wedding Day Director

For the bride who wants help with the specific details of directing at rehearsal and on her wedding day, our Wedding Day Director Service is a perfect match. It means we are on site at the rehearsal and then orchestrate “day of� activities so you can be a guest and not a host on your wedding day.  Coordinating ceremony responsibilities, such as officiant assistance, musicians and soloists, unity candle, programs, pinning on boutonnieres, and repurposing floral to reception venue are some of the items we handle.  Several weeks prior to the wedding we contact all contracted vendors to verify details.  Complete itineraries are provided to all vendors and bridal party members.

Just a Little Help

This service is individual to each bride and allows her to receive help with questions, vendor recommendations or with tasks.  Ceremony and etiquette questions can be overwhelming.  Dealing with linens and chair covers and ties may be too much for your favorite aunts.  You may be too tired for post reception clean up and rental return.  Let us help.
